For the 2019 baseball season, Easton has developed a revolutionary composite useful for all types of hitters that interjects newly designed and innovative enhancements while still utilizing older proven technologies. The 2019 Easton Project 3 ADV BBCOR baseball bat features a fully composite 2 piece construction with the barrel and handle synced together by Easton’s iSO that maximizes a comforted feel and power by utilizing an element called NITROCELL foam within the connection itself. Sitting atop the 2 5/8 composite filled barrel is Easton’s classic Speed End Cap that alleviates unnecessary weight at the rim of the barrel while expanding the sweet spot and distributing more mass throughout. On the opposite end of the Project 3 ADV, Easton has revamped their knob with a Power Boost Knob that by design, will increase leverage and control over a hitter’s swing thereby adding to the power upon impact with the baseball. As a means to optimize a balance swing weight without affecting pop potential, Easton has included a new Pro balance swing weight which will assist in disbursing weight throughout the bat while packing more meat behind the sweet spot.
